propose to direct at pw!
We are soon accepting proposals for 1st slot in the Fall! Proposals are due Wednesday, April 16th at 5:00pm. Contact Adam for more info.
As always, please PLEASE feel free to contact any board members if you have any questions or would like information.
Proposal Guidelines:
- Set Designer is strongly recommended
- Directors can now propose with as many staff members on the proposal as they want
- The board will look favorably on proposals with more staff members but having few staff members isn’t fatal to a proposal
- Directors have a single meeting with the board where they “run their staff by us” and we can put in cautions/two-cents/etc.
We don’t want to require a full staff because it can be so hard to track down enough people, but we’ve found that proposals can be much better when directors have had a chance to discuss the show with designers and other staff. So we’re encouraging people to build a show staff as part of their proposal. If you have questions, be sure to contact us!
